The house is located on the top floor of our family stone house that was traditionally restored in 2017. and resembles an attic space. The original structure dates centuries back. The 2 separate bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and provide a great resting space from your daily adventures. The location is ideal if you are looking into exploring multiple parts of the island. This east facing house has 2 balconies each with cane pergolas that overlook the neighboring villages along with olive grove fields. Walking inside there is a large kitchen/sitting area with a large skylight and air conditioning, the kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities for a pleasant stay , you will also find local herbal teas, greek and espresso coffee, and fresh spring water. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and plenty of wardrobe space with air conditioning in addition to a private balcony that overlooks the village and part of the Peloponnese. The second bedroom has 2 build in single beds a wardrobe and a large skylight and the bathroom is large with all comforts and a smaller skylight. We provide handmade local soaps. There is also a common laundry with a washing machine.

Borantza Home is located on the ground floor of our family stone house renovated in 2017 with respect to traditional architecture. The original structure dates back centuries. It’s a beautiful little hideout at the center of the island which makes it a great base to venture out and explore every part of the island. We are looking forward to hosting people that have wisely chosen Kythira as a destination to explore and unwind. This southeast facing stone-built house has a lovely shaded verandah overlooking the village and our garden/vegetable patch. As soon as you walk in you will be welcomed by a fully equipped kitchen with a large fireplace sitting gracefully waiting for the cold months to arrive. Walking further in there is a built-in sitting room, which includes high-quality bed mattresses ideal sleeping place for 2 people. The property includes air conditioning in this main space. Walking further in you pass by the fully functional bathroom and enter the main bedroom with a queen size built-in bed, a small sitting area, and plenty of room for clothes storage. There is an air conditioning installed here as well. We provide local herbal teas, espresso and greek coffee, fresh spring water, and local handmade soaps.
